Reorganizational Healing (ROH)
Donald Epstein poses the question: "What if the symptoms and diseases you had could actually instruct you about your life?"
Only in recent years has the theoretical framework of this paradigm become clarified. It provides an exciting new way to see healing, the processes of diseases and what they mean in our lives. We can begin to see that our greatest wounds can actually be our greatest gifts. If we develop the tools, strategies and skills in the ROH paradigm, we can become more independent in managing our health, understanding it's implications and being active creators of our own health in the future.
"Reorganizational Healing is an emerging wellness, growth and behavioural change paradigm. Through its three central elements - The Four Seasons of Wellbeing, The Triad of Change, and The Five Energetic Intelligences - Reorganizational Healing takes an approach to help create a map for individuals to self-assess and draw on strengths to create sustainable change. Reorganizational Healing gives individuals concrete tools to explore and use the meanings of their symptoms, problems, and life-stressors as catalysts to taking new and sustained action to create a more fulfilling and resilient life."

Energetic Intelligences
Through his studies of many healing and wisdom traditions, and through his work with many thousands of people, Donald Epstein has put forth the idea that each individual is comprised of five complex fields of intelligence. Each of these fields offers a resource for experiencing and working with life.
Seasons of Wellbeing
The timing of reorganization happens in distinct periods or seasons in our lives. As Donald Epstein has developed them, these four seasons are metaphorical of our journey through life and specific situations. Natural development happens with spontaneous movement from one season to another,
