Your Initial Experience

1st Visit

During your first visit we will review your life and health history and your goals for recovering, improving and expanding your health. We will take a look at your posture through digital photos, and your chiropractor will perform a neuro-spinal assessment to see how your nervous system, spine and supporting tissues are working. We will also teach you the basics of SomatoRespiratory Integration.

2nd Visit

During your second visit you will receive information about the health and integrity of your spine. You and your chiropractor will discuss and agree upon a plan of care that works for you, and that will get you moving towards your health and wellness goals.  You will receive your first spinal entrainment, our equivalent of a Chiropractic adjustment. This will help your body connect with what is happening and begin the healing process.
