Level 1 - Basic Care
At the first level of care, we look to establish a reliable and deeper connection between the brain and the tension held along the spinal cord. In doing so, clients and their bodies learn to modify and release tension from the passive tissues of the spine: the bones, ligaments and intervertebral discs. As this happens, the respiratory or breath wave increases and expands to encompass the entire spine.
At this level of care, people often feel many physical changes such as reduced pain and discomfort, increased energy, increased flexibility and mobility, as well as better co-ordination. One of the most noticeable changes for people is the increase in body awareness, both in terms of posture and sensitivity to signals from the body.
Level 2 - Intermediate Care
At the second level of care, the organization in the nervous system increases, and tension is more easily located and self-regulated. Stored energy in the muscular system is targeted to use as a fuel source for healing. This allows the process of reorganization to progress and further improves spinal-neural integrity.
At this level of care, people often notice continued improvements in their physical state, as well as changes in their emotional states and moods. There is greater connection and empowerment about one's own role and responsibility in creating health and this is a time when unsupportive habits and thinking begin to shift.
Advanced Care
At the advanced level of care, the focus turns to presence and the connection one has to others. This is true wellness care. Inner feelings and knowing become clearer, gratitude becomes the natural state, and it all happens with ease and grace. Consciousness becomes second nature and behaviour changes organically to support one's own health and the health of others.
